This was a great peaceful condo for my fiancé and I to celebrate New Years and explore Anchorage for the first time. It’s a convenient location to everything in the city and has amazing views of the Chugach mountains. We enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show on New Years from the balcony with a hint of northern lights above us. The fireplace provided a cozy ambiance and I would recommend buying wood from Lowe’s or Home Depot which is a short 10 min drive. Overall 10/10 experience and Devon was a great host who responds promptly and reached out proactively making our 3 night stay seamless and comfortable. Thank you!!

Devon was a very responsive host and was flexible in getting us in for our very last minute booking. We enjoyed the coziness, comfort, and convenient location. The views were beautiful and we would happily rebook if we’re ever back in Anchorage.

The beds were super comfy and were just what my small family needed while we went through repairs at our home. The space was welcoming and private, and the large deck space was a plus. The hosts were also friendly and quick to respond.

Great little spot with easy access to anything you're looking to do while in Anchorage. Devon was great to work with and super helpful, and having some kitchen supplies stocked was such a nice touch!

It was a great place to stay for exploring the Anchorage area. Very quiet and clean. Priced much lower than hotels for a week, so it was a great deal. I would easily stay here again.

Thank you for having an actual dresser in the room! I loved being able to spread my things out on a long flat surface rather than the tiny nightstands provided by other places. I also appreciated that you had three different phone chargers available. I didn't use them because I brought my own, but it was nice to see a host providing these in case we forget ours.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the Anchorage area. It had a lot of extras that many air bnb’s don’t have and we appreciated that. Check in and check out were easy. Devon’s place is great!

We had a wonderful week at Devon’s apartment! The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and extras, and the mountain view from the cozy porch was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to all the stores we needed. Devon was quick to respond to any questions and went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and we would highly recommend booking your stay here!
